    Co- Working Trend

Sometime back small businesses had to rent out an entire premise to conduct their business. This was a waste of money as SMEs were paying even for space they did not need or use. But in today’s days of start-ups and entrepreneurs, any business owners can rent even a small desk in a co-working space and carry on the business. This trend is not limited to the metro cities, even TIER II and Tier III towns are seeing this phenomenon.

    What is Co-working?

Co-working is an arrangement in which different businesses/independent professionals share a space with office type infra saving cost and convenience like canteen etc. Many co- working spaces charge membership fees as well. Besides being cost-effective, this concept works as this arrangement also averts the feeling of social isolation.

Changing start-up culture in small towns:

Indian innovation landscape is extending from metro cities smaller towns which are also making a significant difference in new businesses. Start-ups in places such as Pune, Ahmedabad, Bhubaneswar, and Jaipur, get just infrastructure support, but also investor confidence, state government amenities, and the availability of talent.
